A PENNY FOR MY THOUGHTS:
As a Christmas present to myself, I have to say I picked well…very well. I absolutely love the recipes, easy yet simple to modify (if needed- ingredients, quantity), the gorgeous photographs, as well as already knowing Ree Drummond through her Food Network show: The Pioneer Woman. The set up of this cookbook is time-saving, perfect for beginners, advanced enough to adjust for more experienced cooks, yet full of appetizing, savory and heart-made dinners. I loved the recipes along with getting to know Ree just a bit better…the perfect gift, if I don’t say so myself!!
