A PENNY FOR MY THOUGHTS:
First flipping through the pages and randomly reading excerpts within the book, I quickly realized I needed to read it cover to cover. Simple, straight-forward and educational, I learned so much from this book and realized I needed to make some changes. Already living healthy, there are some factors which I cannot change (age, genetics) but lifestyle decisions I can make to compensate for them (diet, sleep). An excellent resource for all, the importance of this book should not be overlooked. Definitely a book I will return to often for reminders and encouragement to continue fighting memory decline…thank-you for sharing, Dr. Amen!

Sounds like a book that I should take a closer look into…Thanks!
Truly an inspirational resource that will definitely have you considering your own lifestyle. Thanks for visiting!
I need to read this book! My mom and 2 of her sisters have had dementia. It causes so much confusion in addition to the memory loss. I do not want to spend my elderly years that way. Thanks for sharing this book with us.
It is such a sad disease which affects so many people. Even without the diagnosis of Dementia, lifestyle changes can make a difference in memory as we age. A very thought-provoking book with lots of relevant information; I have shared it with several of my immediate family members already. Please let me know what you think after you have read it. As always, thanks for visiting!
