A PENNY FOR MY THOUGHTS:
As the women’s ministry leader at a church in Dallas, Sarah Jakes has grown up in the church. Though making painful mistakes throughout her life, she acknowledges them and has turned them into a learning tool of grace, love, forgiveness and faith from our Father. Paralleling her own life to Ruth and ultimately our own as well, Colliding with Destiny encourages the reader to accept her chosen path yet realize God loves us just the same. Part devotional, part Bible Study, part friendly conversation, this book is full of encouragement for the women who need it most (all of us). As an expanded edition of the originally published book, I am unaware of the changes but found this edition to be complete.
