For the next few weeks, come join Savurbks every Wednesday as authors answer questions about their books and writing!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Starting next week Wednesday, October 16th, answers to questions I posed to several popular authors will be posted. Also included will be author biographies, pictures and book information. Stop by to see what the authors have to say! You might just learn some new interesting facts about your favorite authors and perhaps learn how authors wrote your favorite book!
After reading the Q&A, leave a comment…the authors just might comment too!
The authors will remain a secret until the Q&A is posted…take a guess, which authors do you think will be visiting the blog?
SEE YOU NEXT WEEK!
Turano, Jen. A Talent for Trouble. Minneapolis, MN: Bethany House Publishers, 2013.
Felicia Murdock has attempted for years to be noticed by Reverend Fraser; however, the Reverend’s wedding removes all of Felicia’s hopes of becoming a minister’s wife. Thus, Felicia has decided to redesign her life. This new design results in a complete wardrobe change, brand new adventures and the new acquaintance of Grayson Sumner who proves to be both intriguing and irritating.
A PENNY FOR MY THOUGHTS:
Laugh out loud, tickle your funny bone, laugh yourself silly, LOL hysterically, chuckle with amusement…..the list is never ending! A Talent for Trouble will send you into fits of laughter and place a smile on your face. Humor is found on each and every page. The character, Felicia Murdock, will entertain you throughout the entire novel. You will giggle as you read of her adventures, her wardrobe, and her amusing habit of speaking her mind. Indeed, just as the other novels in this series will not disappoint, this is a novel that must top your “to read list”.

Maeter, Anne. A Home for My Heart. Bloomington, MN: Bethany House Publishers. 2013.
Sadie Sillsby adores the children of the Raystown Home for Orphan and Friendless Children. When offered the opportunity to serve as the home’s head matron, she is willing to risk everything for the children she loves so dearly. Yet, the decision may prove to cost her more than she had anticipated and the position entails many trials and difficulties. When the Raystown Home for Orphan and Friendless Children is faced with an uncertain future, Sadie must find a home for her heart.
A PENNY FOR MY THOUGHTS:
Anne Maeter provides the reader with a gracefully written novel. The book proves to be a relaxing and enjoyable read due to excellent word choice, structure and content. Maeter provides enough information to whet the reader’s appetite, but then holds back in order to propel the reader through the pages of the story. All within the single storyline, the reader will be delighted to find historical fiction, romance, and slight mystery. This is a novel that will appeal to many readers with many different reading interests.
