A Talent for Trouble

Turano, Jen. A Talent for Trouble. Minneapolis, MN: Bethany House Publishers, 2013.

SUMMARY:
troubleFelicia Murdock has attempted for years to be noticed by Reverend Fraser; however, the Reverend’s wedding removes all of Felicia’s hopes of becoming a minister’s wife. Thus, Felicia has decided to redesign her life. This new design results in a complete wardrobe change, brand new adventures and the new acquaintance of Grayson Sumner who proves to be both intriguing and irritating.

A PENNY FOR MY THOUGHTS:

Laugh out loud, tickle your funny bone, laugh yourself silly, LOL hysterically, chuckle with amusement…..the list is never ending! A Talent for Trouble will send you into fits of laughter and place a smile on your face. Humor is found on each and every page. The character, Felicia Murdock, will entertain you throughout the entire novel. You will giggle as you read of her adventures, her wardrobe, and her amusing habit of speaking her mind. Indeed, just as the other novels in this series will not disappoint, this is a novel that must top your “to read list”.

MY RATING:
5+ (out of 5) pennies

  1. I’m sure your review is great, I saw the rating, but I have just now started reading it (still in first chapter) and I don’t want to know anything about it. I’m weird about that. I know I loved her previous books so I like to go in without any thoughts. I’ll come back and read your review after I finish. I’m sure I’ll enjoy it then. Always enjoy your reviews!

    • I completely understand as I happen to be the same way. I tend to look at the review rating but only briefly browse the comments as I don’t want anything to be given away (and try to make sure I review books with that same thought in mind). In fact, I only glance at the back of a book to see what it is about so it stays a bit of a surprise to me. Be sure to let me know your thoughts when you finish it…in the meantime, enjoy the giggles!
